Booking policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: 
50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to your trip.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made by email to info@greatwhyteventures.com. If cancellations are made:

  • Up to 30 days prior to your trip: your payment is refundable less a 10% administration fee OR can be applied to an alternate date
  • Within 10 to 30 days prior to your trip: your payment is 50% refundable; OR can be applied to an alternate date
  • Under 10 days prior to your trip: your payment is non-refundable OR can be applied to an alternate date

Late/No show policy: 
If you are running late, please call us at (604) 992 8359. If you are not on time and you have not contacted us, we will wait 1 hour after which no refund or credit will be granted.
